I have used several, quality neck creams which seemed to make noticeable positive impact on my neck, but not so much that I was stopped trying new products. I use this one 1-2 times about 4-5 times per week (I'm not super consistent with my routines!), and have noticed significant improvement in the crepe-y skin on my upper neck for which I've been seek help! I'm not seeing as much on my chest area, but it was less problemmatic to begin with (and, frankly, it's a larger surface area, so I'm using proportionately less). I usually use a drop on the from of my neck and a drop on my chest.
