Delivery FAQ

For all Australian orders over $50, we offer free, tracked shipping and estimate your new favourite serum will be delivered within 3-4 business days. For international orders over $100, shipping is free, however, for orders under $100, standard international rates apply (go on, add another bundle to your cart).

Once our team here in Sydney have packed and posted your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a detailed itinerary of your serum’s trip (aka a tracking number).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

New Zealand

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard International Shipping: 5-9 business days

China

  • Standard International Shipping: 4-9 business days

International 

  • Standard International Shipping: 6-25 business days

Who do you use for shipping?

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. 

All NZ orders are sent via Post Haste.

UK orders are split between Royal Mail (1st Class Tracking) and DHL Ecommerce (Packet Plus International Standard) depending on the origin of shipment.

All other international orders will be shipped with Australia Post International Standard.

What is the Delivery Cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location:

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 AUD (Free on orders over $50 AUD)
  • Express Shipping: $12.50 AUD (Free on orders over $90 AUD)

New Zealand 

  • Expedited Shipping: $15 NZD (Free on orders over $45 NZD)

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: £2.99 (Free on orders over £25 GBP)

United States

  • Standard International: $10 USD (Free on orders over $25 USD)
  • Express International: $20 USD (Free on orders over $60 USD)

Canada 

  • Standard International: $15 CAD (Free on orders over $40 CAD)
  • Express International: $30 CAD (Free on orders over $90 CAD)

International

  • Standard International Shipping: $40 (Free on orders over $100 AUD)

What if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?

All Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and left in a safe place if nobody is at home.

All NZ orders have authority to leave so the courier should leave it in the mailbox or any other safe place.
