All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery (and yes the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you.

What happens if I don't like the product after I've tried it ?

We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases, if you're purchasing a product for the first time and you're unsatisfied with the effectiveness of your new purchase, please info@boostlabco.com so we can assist with finding the best possible solution for your skin concerns.

What if my product was damaged during shipping ?

If your product was damaged during shipping and you would like a replacement, please email: info@boostlabco.com and provide order number and photo of damaged goods and we will organise a replacement.

What is the process for returns ?

Do I have to pay for return shipping ?

Shipping is refundable if the product is deemed as faulty by our team upon return. Our team will be in contact with you to confirm the status of your product.

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your own cost if you are making a return due to change of mind.


What if I change my mind?

Product returns for items purchased directly through our website will be accepted if you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your parcel. To qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unopened, unused, with all original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, we will provide you with a refund to the value of the returned product/s less any postage or handling costs. Please email our team at info@boostlabco.com to request a return. Please note return shipping is at your own cost if you are making a return due to change of mind.

What if my product is faulty/damaged?

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email our team at info@boostlabco.com with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault. Our team will then be in contact with you to organise a replacement product. Please note that if we require you to return the item for quality testing, return shipping costs will be covered by BOOST LAB.

What if I receive incorrect item/s?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please email our team once you have received your parcel with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as the delivery parcel they came in. Our team will then be in contact with you to organise a replacement and return of the incorrect item. Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until our team has contacted you. 

What if I have an allergy/adverse reaction?

If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please email our team at info@boostlabco.com and discontinue use. Our team will then be in contact via email to assist you further with next steps. Please note that we recommend patch testing all new products prior to full application. 

What if I purchased from external retailers such as Priceline?

BOOST LAB has no obligation to return or refund any items purchased from an external retailer, eg. Priceline, Terry White Chemmart or Farmers. Returns and refunds will only be accepted for products purchased directly from the www.boostlabco.com website.

When can I expect my refund?

You will receive a confirmation email once the team has lodged your refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
