We are coming to you today with another update on our Everyday Hydrating Cleanser, following our communications with you last week.

It’s going to take a bit longer than we initially hoped to get the new cleanser to you. With ingredient lead times and manufacturer shutdowns over the holidays, the new cleanser won’t be ready until the new year. We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re truly sorry for the delay —but we want to take the time needed to get it just right, without cutting any corners.

In the meantime we recommend discontinuing use of the current cleanser, even if you haven’t experienced any irritation. We want to make sure this product is as gentle and soothing as we originally intended for everyone.

To make this right, we’ll be giving everyone who purchased the cleanser a $25 refund. These refunds will be processed over the next two weeks, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as yours has been issued. And yes we will also send to you the new cleanser, on us, when it is ready.
