Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please email info@boostlabco.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help.

Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, we are unable to stop shipment.

How does the subscription service work?

To keep your skincare routine as best as it can be our subscription service allows you to get your favourite serums delivered to you at 30, 45 or 60 days with 20% off each order! Products will be shipped out based on the frequency displayed on the product page. Best of all it's completely flexible; You can modify, reschedule or cancel a subscription at any time through our online portal. If you have any issues, please contact us on info@boostlabco.com.

By completing a subscription order, you agree to the Terms Of Use and authorize the charges to your card for each shipment as described above.

Can I order by telephone ?

No. Sorry. We are a 100% online business.

However, we are happy to discuss your skin concerns and assist with serum selection.

What if an item is out of stock ?

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order, we will offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.
