Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Yes! You have a 30‑minute window after placing your order to make any edits - such as changing your email address, shipping details, or even cancelling your order. You can do this directly from the confirmation page or via your BOOST LAB account. Beyond that 30‑minute timeframe, changes or cancellations are no longer possible through our system, as the order moves into processing.

Can I order by telephone?

No. Sorry. We are a 100% online business.

However, we are happy to discuss your skin concerns and assist with serum selection via email.

What if an item is out of stock?

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order, we will offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.
