Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you need to change your order, please email info@boostlabco.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. Please note that we aren’t always able to edit your order as we aim to process your orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible! Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, we are unable to stop or edit any order details.
Can I order by telephone?
No. Sorry. We are a 100% online business.
However, we are happy to discuss your skin concerns and assist with serum selection via email.
What if an item is out of stock?
You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order, we will offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.
What payment methods does BOOST LAB accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.
Is it safe to use my credit card on boostlabco.com?
Absolutely. We securely encrypt your data to ensure your details are 100% safe.
Will you give out my details to third parties?
