What happens if I don't like the product after I've tried it ?

We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases, if you're purchasing a product for the first time and you're unsatisfied with the effectiveness of your new purchase, please info@boostlabco.com so we can assist with finding the best possible solution for your skin concerns.

What if I change my mind ?

If you change your mind, a store credit or exhange will be granted where the product is sealed and packaging is in an unused, undamaged, saleable condition and it is within 30 days of purchase date.

What if my product was damaged during shipping ?

If your product was damaged during shipping and you would like a replacement, please email: info@boostlabco.com and provide order number and photo of damaged goods and we will organise a replacement.

What is the process for returns ?

Please email info@boostlabco.com to organise your return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping ?

Shipping is fully refundable and return shipping will be free of charge if the product is faulty or the quality is not acceptable. 

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping at your own cost if you change your mind.

When can I expect my refund ?

You will receive your money within 5 business days from receipt of the returned goods.
